About the Opportunity

A large, well established organization is looking for a Controller to lead full cycle accounting operations across a complex, multi entity structure. This is a highly visible role reporting into senior finance leadership, with real ownership over the close process, the balance sheet, and intercompany accounting, plus strong exposure to executive leadership.

What You'll Do
\n
• Own the monthly close process and the integrity of the balance sheet
\n
• Lead intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidations across domestic and international entities
\n
• Partner with financial leadership on reporting, audit, and process improvement
\n
• Develop and mentor a growing accounting team
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
• 7 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidated financial reporting
\n
• Prior supervisory experience, ideally managing other managers
\n
• Strong technical GAAP foundation and advanced Excel skills
\n
• Comfort operating in a fast paced, evolving environment
\n
