Reporting directly to the COO, this executive leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations. As Corporate Director of Retail, you will oversee all aspects of retail and fuel operations, including full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, budgeting, merchandising, fuel management, compliance, vendor partnerships, and talent development. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations. We are seeking an accomplished leader with 10+ years of progressive retail, convenience store, fuel, hospitality, or multi-unit operations experience, including senior-level management responsibility.
