Job DescriptionLHH is assisting a highly reputable catastrophic injury law firm seek a legal receptionist. Must be polished, personable, and able to manage an 8?line phone system, greet clients, provide hospitality, handle calendars, order/pick up lunches, manage office supplies, and perform general office tasks. Some lifting required (25 lbs).
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, onsite
Salary: $40,000 + eligible for year-end discretionary bonus

Requirements:
- 1-2 years law firm receptionist experience.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook calendar).
- Travel?arrangement experience a +++.
- Bilingual Spanish a +++.
- Would like to grow career within the firm +++

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy 8?line phone system, answer calls, and route messages professionally.
- Greet clients and visitors, escort them to conference rooms/offices, and offer refreshments.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including ordering office supplies, managing mail, scanning/copying, and maintaining reception and lobby areas.
- Coordinate and pick up ordered lunches as needed.
- Assist with Outlook calendar scheduling for attorneys and staff.
- Make travel arrangements and reservations (experience a +++).
- Perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Support legal assistants and attorneys with overflow administrative tasks.
