This full-time contract position offers 35 hours per week working with a dynamic elementary school caseload, supporting communication and language development. The setting provides the unique flexibility of onsite or teletherapy (VOCO) options, allowing you to tailor your professional approach.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or open to skilled Clinical Fellows with strong backgrounds
  • Previous experience in school settings or pediatric SLP highly valued
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Note: This position is not open to SLPAs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Participate in student evaluations, assessments, and meetings
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress and therapy sessions
  • Engage families and educators in student support planning
  • Utilize in-person and/or teletherapy (VOCO) modalities as determined by assignment
