Calling Clerks! Prime Staffing is currently hiring for a skilled Customer service/ Clerk to assist in warehouse operations.

Schedule: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift , 3rd Shift
Overtime: As needed
Weekends: Required Depending on the schedule
Pay: Based on experience

Work Environment: Grocery/Fresh Food Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CSR Clerk to support daily customer service, warehouse, and administrative operations in a fast-paced grocery fresh warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or distribution and be comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Enter, update, and maintain customer orders and information accurately.
Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, drivers, and internal departments regarding orders and shipments.
Use Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
Use Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track information, and prepare reports.
Utilize WMS systems to enter, review, and track orders, inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity.
Monitor order status and assist with resolving order, inventory, or shipment discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered correctly.
Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Follow all company safety, food handling, and warehouse procedures.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous CSR, customer service, logistics, warehouse, grocery, or distribution experience preferred.
Experience working in a fresh food or grocery warehouse is a plus.
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Ability to work in a fresh/grocery warehouse environment, including varying temperatures as applicable.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Required Safety Equipment

Steel-toe safety shoes/boots are required.
Employees must follow all required warehouse safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
