A growing agricultural equipment company is seeking a customer-focused and mechanically inclined professional to join its team as a Service & Customer Support Specialist.

This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product support, warranty claims, parts identification, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships while supporting a variety of farm equipment products and tractor attachments.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with parts identification and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
- Help customers select the appropriate equipment based on tractor specifications
- Process service requests, returns, and order adjustments
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Support order processing, quotes, and product information requests
- Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in customer service, equipment support, agricultural equipment, mechanical service, or a related field
- Understanding of tractor attachments, implements, or agricultural equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow up effectively
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- SAP or warehouse management experience is a plus
