Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Internal Auditor for a manufacturing facility, with chemistry or biology background to work in the area of Miramar for a vitamin and supplement manufacturing plant that has been in business for 25 years.

Summary:
The Q.A. Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating internal processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role conducts internal audits, identifies risks, recommends improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and report on internal quality assurance audits across multiple departments and processes
• Assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements through detailed audit procedures
• Identify areas of risk, non-conformance, and opportunities for process improvement, providing actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with management and process owners to develop corrective action plans and monitor their implementation
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies
• Stay current with evolving quality standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure audit relevance and effectiveness
• Support training initiatives to raise awareness of quality standards and audit processes within the organization

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or a similar role within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent standards
• Familiarity with audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and corrective action processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or equivalent preferred
• Experience with industry-specific regulations such as FDA, ISO 13485, or GMP standards preferred
• Proficiency in audit management software and data analysis tools preferred
• Advanced training in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional audit teams and manage complex audit projects preferred

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Pay: $20 - $25 based on experience
