Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000

Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) is seeking an experienced Voice Systems Administrator to support the Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System (Falconer Program). This position provides technical support for VoIP/VoSIP devices and plays a key role in maintaining and administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support, placement, and basic troubleshooting for VoIP/VoSIP devices.
- Submit service tickets and elevate incidents/requests as needed.
- Coordinate with provisioning authorities during installation of new VoIP/VoSIP devices.
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and resolve software‑related issues affecting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM).
- Perform system backups and recovery; maintain system data files and configurations to ensure data integrity.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within UCM, including software‑defined and physical device configurations.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.
- Apply established concepts, processes, and procedures to assigned tasks under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience with Cisco Call Manager.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification required.
- 6-10 years of overall systems administration experience.
- Experience supporting secure voice systems (VoIP/VoSIP) in enterprise or government environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work within a team environment.
