Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Pay: $31/hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Contract Length: 7 weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week contract at a skilled nursing facility in High Point, NC. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure a safe and supportive environment during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in North Carolina

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work the 3p–11:30p shift consistently
