- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 - $1,770

- Patient Volume: Approximately 115-150 visits per day
- Orientation: 12-28 hours
- Location: Brooklyn, MD 21225 — a convenient South Baltimore location with access to city amenities, waterfront areas, and a strong local community feel.

Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Minimum of 1 previous travel nursing assignment required
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with IV starts and phlebotomy required
- Comfort working in a busy emergency department with urgent and emergent patient needs
- Ability to work weekend and holiday rotation as needed
- Willingness to complete required facility and unit-specific onboarding modules
- Cerner experience preferred
- Charge nurse, triage, CPI, MAB, and TNCC experience preferred

Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide safe, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan
- Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and core ER nursing interventions
- Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Support triage, medication administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage a 1:4 assignment in a high-volume Emergency Department
- Assist with charge nurse responsibilities after unit training, when appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit workflow standards
- Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
