Job Description

Job Description Helpdesk Specialists at RedSky provide technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems both remotely and on-site. You will record and escalate incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and help ensure the operational readiness of systems and devices. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive technical support for a broad range of IT needs, including desktop, mobile, and peripheral devices.
  • Track and document all incidents and resolutions using help desk software, maintaining strict adherence to SLAs.
  • Support enterprise IT operations, including cloud solutions such as M365 and AWS.

Required Experience:

  • At least five (5) years of experience as an Enterprise Services Desk Specialist.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise system administration, especially cloud platforms.
  • Effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Certifications in desktop support or helpdesk operations preferred.
