Job Description Helpdesk Specialists at RedSky provide technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems both remotely and on-site. You will record and escalate incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and help ensure the operational readiness of systems and devices. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive technical support for a broad range of IT needs, including desktop, mobile, and peripheral devices.
- Track and document all incidents and resolutions using help desk software, maintaining strict adherence to SLAs.
- Support enterprise IT operations, including cloud solutions such as M365 and AWS.
Required Experience:
- At least five (5) years of experience as an Enterprise Services Desk Specialist.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise system administration, especially cloud platforms.
- Effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications in desktop support or helpdesk operations preferred.
