Senior Litigation Associate | Boutique IP & Business Litigation Firm 📍 New York, NY (Hybrid – primarily remote)

We're working with a boutique IP and business litigation firm to find a talented associate to join their growing team. With 40+ combined years of partner experience, our client handles copyright/trademark disputes, business divorces, and commercial litigation across fashion, film, music, real estate, and more.

What They're Looking For:

1. 6+ years of litigation experience (large or mid-size firm background preferred)

2. Experience in business and/or IP litigation

3. Ability to manage large e-document review with minimal supervision

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a book of business

Compensation:

1. Base: $180,000 – $220,000

2. A percentage of collections on business you originate

3. Medical Insurance stipend provided (over and above salary)
