Position Title: IT Program Manager
Position Overview:
S2Technologies is currently sourcing for an experienced IT Program Manager to serve as the Contractor's single program manager and the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. This position will manage our team to successfully accomplish the requirements of the program across several local distributed locations in the DC metro area. The qualified candidate shall have experience performing the following tasks:
- Managing personnel across multiple functional task areas.
- Formulating, enforcing, and enhancing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Tracking and accounting for government-provided equipment approved to be on or off-site in the performance of the resulting contract.
- Using automated tools such as Microsoft Office to communicate and present ideas, information, and reports.
- Providing supervisory oversight and coordinating tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in IT support/service management or related field.
- Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to communicate and present ideas, information, and reports.
- Knowledge of common information technology applications and services, network services, computer and communications systems, associated protocols and industry standards and Federal information security and device configuration standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing personnel across multiple functional task areas.
- Experience providing supervisory oversight and coordinating tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 Foundations certification.
- COMPTIA A+ certification.
- Must clear a Library of Congress fitness/background investigation.
- Must be able to work within Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/International Organization for Standardization (ISO)-aligned service desk environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working with Project Lifecycle Methodologies (PMLC) methodologies.
- Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
Security Clearance: Public Trust Clearance
Salary Range: $100,000 - $ 125,000
Location: Capitol Hill, D.C.
