The financial analyst supports project managers and partners with other internal and external stakeholders.Your Day-to-Day Activities:
- Prepare ARIBA Purchase Requisition Requests, Contract Change Orders, CWA's and other SAP documents
- Prepares and sends goods receipts
- Prepares and delivers contract status reporting and ensures suppliers are adhering to the contract's terms and conditions
- Oversees records management and contract tracking systems, including Excel, ARIBA, SAP
- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
- Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate
- Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
- Write contract letters and other communications and notices
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget
- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations

- Experience with managing purchase orders and contracts
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts
