Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Valid California SLP credential is required
ASHA CCC certification or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially in school-based settings
Experience or interest in teletherapy platforms preferred
Understanding of IEP processes and effective communication with families and staff
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Flexible and adaptable as caseload and student ages may vary

What to Expect Day-to-Day:

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic student support
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Adapt delivery methods as needed, utilizing in-person and teletherapy approaches
