Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT and AI Readiness Coordinator to join our AI Product team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level person passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to learn how AI can transform business operations.In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support the identification, documentation, and preparation of business processes and data for AI transformation. You'll have the opportunity to connect with people across all levels of the organization while developing valuable skills in stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and AI implementation. This position offers hands-on experience in the exciting intersection of business operations and artificial intelligence.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is curious, enthusiastic about learning, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about how AI can solve real business challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement & Discovery· Support and conduct interviews with stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows, tools, and challenges· Participate in discovery sessions and workshops to learn about operational needs and AI opportunities· Document insights and feedback from stakeholders in clear, organized formatsGap Analysis & Documentation· Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where AI could be beneficial· Create documentation of existing workflows and processes· Help assess organizational readiness for AI adoption· Maintain organized records of pain points, use cases, and opportunity areasData Assessment & AI Readiness· Learn to evaluate data sources, quality, and accessibility across the organization· Work with data owners to understand how data is structured and stored· Document data requirements and potential gaps for AI use cases· Support efforts to ensure data is properly organized and prepared for AI applications· Help develop best practices for making organizational data "AI-ready"
Required QualificationsEducation & Background· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)· Experience involving data analysis is a plus· Internship or project experience in business operations, technology, or related areas is beneficial but not requiredCore Skills· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly· Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive relationships quickly· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications· Familiarity with AI concepts from coursework, personal projects, or self-study· Experience conducting research, surveys, or interviews (academic or otherwise)· Basic understanding of business processes or operations· Experience working with structured and unstructured data, prepping for AI readinessThe base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion
