Job DescriptionSalary: $25 - $30 hourly DOE

Bring your finishing expertise to a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and doing things the right way. As a Finish Spray Technician, youll apply high-quality finishes to cabinetry and woodworkdelivering the final detail that brings each project to life.

What Youll Do

• Apply paints, stains, lacquers, and protective coatings using spray equipment and hand techniques
• Perform specialty finishes (glazing, distressing, antiquing)
• Prep surfaces (sanding, taping, inspecting) to ensure a flawless result
• Organize workflow, maintain equipment, and keep a clean shop
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards for appearance and durability
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of cabinet/wood finishing and prep experience
• Proficiency with spray equipment and finishing techniques
• Knowledge of paints, stains, varnishes, and coatings
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle physical work and lift materials as needed
• Understanding of safety practices with finishing materials
