The Assistant Project Coordinator & Estimating Assistant is a hybrid support role that works directly with our Sales, Estimating, and Production teams. You will assist with new client intake, project documentation, trade partner outreach, takeoffs, proposal preparation, and production support to help our team deliver a world-class remodeling experience.
This is an exceptional career-path role for someone who wants to grow into Project Coordination, Estimating, or Operations within the residential design-build industry.
Work Environment
- On-Site Only – Chamblee, GA office
- Occasional site visits
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead Intake & Client Onboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads (phone, email, or text) to create a professional and welcoming initial experience
- Enter new client information into JobTread and other platforms accurately and promptly
Estimating Support
- Assist with quantity takeoffs, plan reviews, and material counts using digital takeoff tools
- Coordinate with trade partners: send bid requests, track pricing, follow up on missing quotes
- Maintain organized folders, documentation, and estimating records for each project
- Support the Lead Estimator in building proposals, pricing sheets, and preliminary budgets
Project Coordination & Production Support
- Help prepare project files, selections, POs, and documentation prior to project kickoff
- Communicate with vendors and trade partners on scheduling, samples, and product details
- Assist in tracking project details, selections, and client documentation to maintain organization and clarity for field teams

- Detail-oriented with the ability to track many moving parts
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Tech-comfortable — especially with CRM, cloud storage, and project management tools
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn the design-build business
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Exposure to residential construction, design, architecture, or a related field
- Experience with JobTread (our platform), BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or similar platforms
- Ability to read floor plans or interest in learning takeoffs
