We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join a small manufacturing team within a family owned and operated company.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Lead, this position performs a variety of tasks ranging from routine and unskilled to skilled in the mechanical trades, including but not limited to Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Pump and Pump Repair, and Welding. Positions apply methods and general procedures of applicable trades/maintenance techniques and develop skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment appropriate to trade.
- Tasks may include maintenance, repair, placement, fabrication, installation, alteration, construction, and design of facility components requiring the application of skills in planning, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety.
- Maintenance is responsible for helping the production staff by keeping the equipment running at optimum efficiency and responding to and repairing “line down” issues.
- Key goals include maintaining mechanical reliability to achieve production schedule attainment, finished product acceptability, safe plant operations, and facility food safety and security.
Salary: Starting at $50k, DOE
