Director, Strategy & Corporate Development for Cover Genius US Employee Services (NY, NY). Responsible for partnering w/ company execs to define strategic agenda & priorities & identify attractive investment opportunities based on quantitative & qualitative analyses. Min. reqs: Master of Business Admin, Master's Deg in Fin, or closely rel field + 4 yrs of exp in M&A, Corporate Dvlpmnt, or Investment Banking Strategy Consulting. Exp must incl the following: Executing investment transactions from start to finish, utilizing financial analysis, valuation, & project mgmt skills; conducting public & private mkt research, incl macroecon analysis & industry-specific performance & forecasts; utilizing key valuation methodologies (e.g., discounted cash flow, sum-of-the-parts, precedent transactions, leveraged buyout, mkt comparables analyses); working w/in a cross functional team environment, communicating effectively w/ multiple constituents & mng internal & external stakeholders thruout the duration of projects & transaction processes; conducting mkt analyses, synthesizing large amounts of numerical data, performing mkt sizing exercises, & identifying trends & growth drivers; working w/ 3 key financial statements (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, & cash flow statement); & building detailed three-statement financial models based on bus performance drivers & growth & profitability assumptions.
