Originate projct & structurd fin deals in Lat America in the infrastructure, energy & renewables sectrs w/ clnts & prospcts of the Bnk; & negotiate deal terms. Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Bus Admin, Mgmt, Fin, or a rel field & 6 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role OR Master's deg (US or For Equiv) in Bus Admin, Mgmt, Fin, or a rel field & 4 yrs of exp in job offerd or rel role. Must have 6 yrs of exp (or 4 w/ Master's) w/ the following: Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Fin in Lat America OR in a rel positn responsible for Structured Fin deal executn w/ a focus on the Energy & Infrastructure sectrs w/in Lat American mkts (incl Chile, Colombia, & Mexico) w/in an internatl bnk or internatl financl srvices company; Leadg projct fin deals in Lat America covering a broad spectrum of sectrs, incl Renewables, Low Carbon projcts, Digitl Infrastructure, Sustainable Transportatn, & midstream oil & gas; Mng var financl prducts & structures, incl bnk loans, U.S. private placemnts, & acquisitn financgs; Structurg & negotiatg financg documnts, such as term sheets & credit agreemnts; Performg due diligence, rating processes w/ Moody's, Fitch, or S&P for Lat America transactns; & preparg internl credit memos & externl mktg materials.); & Leveragg crdit analysis, financl analysis, quant, & modellg sklls incl dvlpg & analyzg financl modls in excel & use of VBA. *Telecommuting permitted 20% w/in norml commutg distance.
