Located in the heart of Southside Bethlehem's Arts District, Charter Arts' rigorous curriculum fosters both academic and artistic excellence for its students, grades 9-12. In addition to the school’s impressive Advanced Placement (AP) exam statistics, Keystone Exam statistics, our students can major in one of seven areas: dance, instrumental music, literary arts, production arts, theatre, visual arts, or vocal music.
This position is key to ensuring that every student has access to world-class arts education, regardless of background or financial means.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement fundraising strategies to grow annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, sponsorships, and planned giving. Cultivate and steward relationships with potential and existing donors, alumni, foundations, and corporate partners. Oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and donor communications with style and creativity. Partner with the School CEO and Foundation Board of Directors to set ambitious but achievable fundraising goals. Lead and inspire staff, volunteers, and ambassadors to engage in development efforts.
What You Bring
Proven success in fundraising, development, or nonprofit advancement (arts/cultural experience a plus!). Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you know how to inspire generosity, using digital, print and social media as well as verbal presentations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. Comfort with donor databases (Donar Perfect), CRM systems, and digital fundraising tools. A passion for the arts and their impact on individuals and communities.
