Position: Spa Concierge

Our Spa Concierges make the magic happen by providing warm, thoughtful, and seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized attention from the moment each guest walks through the door
  
  
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, locker room amenities, and spa offerings
  
  
• Answer phones with professionalism and a positive, welcoming tone
  
  
• Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring the spa is clean, safe, and beautifully presented with the right lighting, music, and scent
  
  
• Remember and deliver the small details that make Woodhouse specialfavorite beverages, warm neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
  
  
• Support the leadership team by helping ensure daily operations run smoothly
  
  

Schedule Availability

• Full-time position (36+ hours per week)
  
  
• Required availability: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
