Location: Wayne, MIShift: 2ndPay: $25/hrJob SummaryWe are hiring a Production Technician to support manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work with production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient production flow. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and experienced in a manufacturing environment.What You’ll Be Doing• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support production processes
• Work with bottle filling equipment and packaging lines
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Support team operations and communicate effectivelyWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience with bottle filling equipment
• Experience with packaging equipment (conveyors, palletizers, case sealers, box erectors)Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with fabrication and welding
• Experience with pipe fitting (PVC and steel)
• Experience with PLCs and electrical systemsSkills & Competencies:
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Mechanical aptitude
