Job Opportunity:
Experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal in a high profile Trial Attorney's Law Firm
We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our success in handling complex legal cases.
Position: Legal Secretary/Paralegal
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in civil litigation and personal injury.

Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents, related to discovery, pleadings, motions, trial, and post-trial phases of litigation.

Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, appointments, and court dates.

File and organize case materials and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:

At least 5 years proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal in a Trial Attorney's law firm.

Must be able to work with dictation and online court e-filing systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or college diploma.

Prior experience working directly with trial attorneys.
Salary commensurate with experience.
