Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Build and repair decks and structural framing</li>
<li>Install asphalt shingle roofs, siding, windows, and doors</li>
<li>Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately</li>
<li>Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site</li>
<li>Work safely at heights, on ladders, and in all weather conditions</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)</li>
<li>Practical experience in rough carpentry, framing, or exterior renovations</li>
<li>Must be reliable, self-motivated, and show up on time every day</li>
<li>Ability to lift 75+ pounds and operate power tools safely</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship</li>
