The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Pick up trash &amp; debris from grounds</li>
<li>Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up</li>
<li>Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.</li>
<li>Check smoke alarms &amp; replace batteries as necessary</li>
<li>Replace switch plates, light bulbs &amp; air conditioning filters</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>At least 6 months of general labor experience</li>
<li>Have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Valid I.D. Required</li>
<li>The ability to safely lift 50 pounds</li>
</ul>
