Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads in-store, outreach, canvassing, and community engagement
- Qualify potential customers by identifying HVAC needs, interests, and readiness to purchase
- Schedule appointments for HVAC sales consultants and technicians
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-up activities in CRM software
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation quotas and targets
- Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to promote HVAC services and special offers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and conversion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, canvassing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida's climate and walk/stand for extended periods
- Basic computer or mobile device skills for data entry and scheduling
- HVAC industry knowledge is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate
