Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Assist legal team with managing a high-volume caseload from inception to resolution.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and gathering necessary information.
- Document Preparation: Drafting and proofreading letters to the client, insurance company and medical providers.
- Scheduling: Assisting attorney with maintaining their calendar.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: No experience needed, but preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in grammar, document preparation, and case management software
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and completing tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a passion for helping others and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
