We're looking for a Construction Safety Manager in Orange County to lead safety on large commercial and industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor site-specific safety programs.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments and fix what you find.
- Lead training for employees and subcontractors, with emphasis on fall protection and hazard recognition.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and put prevention in place.
- Maintain safety records and regulatory reporting.
- Serve as the main contact for regulatory agencies during inspections.
- Integrate safety into planning with project managers, superintendents, and foremen.
Must-Haves
- A proven record building and running safety programs on commercial or industrial construction sites.
- Deep knowledge of Cal/OSHA and OSHA requirements.
- Strong leadership and the ability to partner with field teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- OSHA 500 or a safety certification such as CHST or CSP.
- Mechanical or MEP trade background.
Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Full-time, based in Orange County with time on job sites.
