- Proven Producer: You are a licensed agent currently closing a minimum of 5 sales per year.

What You Will Do:
- Manage a pipeline of provided leads and personal sphere relationships with a goal-oriented focus.
- Conduct expert consultations with buyers and sellers across Central New Jersey.
- Act as the neighborhood authority, providing confident advice on local market conditions and comparable sales.
- Oversee transactions from initial contact to a seamless closing, supported by our premium resources.
Requirements:
- Active NJ Real Estate License (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of at least 5 transactions per year.
- Proficiency with modern real estate technology and digital tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $225,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
