  1. Proven Producer: You are a licensed agent currently closing a minimum of 5 sales per year.

What You Will Do:

  1. Manage a pipeline of provided leads and personal sphere relationships with a goal-oriented focus.
  2. Conduct expert consultations with buyers and sellers across Central New Jersey.
  3. Act as the neighborhood authority, providing confident advice on local market conditions and comparable sales.
  4. Oversee transactions from initial contact to a seamless closing, supported by our premium resources.


Requirements:

  1. Active NJ Real Estate License (Mandatory).
  2. Proven track record of at least 5 transactions per year.
  3. Proficiency with modern real estate technology and digital tools.
  4. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $75,000.00 – $225,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
