OverviewThe IT Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the daily monitoring and operational support of systems that run desktop or server operating systems, and the applications that are run on the same operating systems. IT Operations Support Analyst will be the primary contact for all customer needs ensuring and working closely with SA’s & BA’s to ensure an exceptional customer experience and will monitor the full end user experience (Customer, Agent, and Employee) and take action to remove or mitigate deficiencies within defined authority limits of the position. Support Analysts on the IT Operations Team work together to ensure resources across the enterprise are highly available, secure, and providing the expected value to the company.
Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computer systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to support staff when necessary.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Perform account provisioning, multi-factor authentication setup.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory administration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to follow established procedures and work independently when required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a proactive approach to assisting users.

Desired Experience and SkillsApache/Tomcat, Cross-cloud (Azure/AWS), Hybrid cloud (Azure/on-prem), Linux, Perl, Python, replication (host/db), SaaS/PaaS integrations, SQL, third-party hosted Azure tenants, web service technologies (.Net Core, Java, jQuery, JSON, RESTful, SOAP, SSIS, XML).
Education QualificationsAssociate degree is preferred for this position.
Experience Qualifications· 2 years enterprise IT.· 2 years Desktop provisioning /w Office applications· 2 years policy management.· Preferred work history includes insurance (ideal) or financial institutions.
Work LocationIn Office, Murray, Utah.
Starting Salary & BenefitsDepending on experience and skillset.
