Assembly Technician
TRC is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support inspection, repair, and rework activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for evaluating products, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and ensuring all work meets established quality standards. Candidates should have strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with tools and production processes.
Location: Ridgeville, SC
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $21/hr.
Key Responsibilities

Perform repair, rework, and rebuild activities on manufactured products and assemblies.

Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble mechanical and electrical components.

Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to verify quality requirements are met.

Identify defects and complete corrective repairs as needed.

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively.

Follow work instructions, repair procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and repairs performed.

Support production operations through timely and efficient rework activities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing, assembly, repair, rework, or quality inspection experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documentation.

Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-12 hour shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and safety shoes.
