MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST-

Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, often using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks to support the medical office.

Financial Handling:
Process patient payments, verify insurance information, and assist with billing and insurance claims.

Office Operations:
Keep the reception area clean and orderly, manage office supplies, and coordinate with other healthcare staff.

Compliance:
Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations to protect patient information.

Appointment Management:
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and call patients to remind them of their upcoming visits.
