We're looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, exceeding sales goals, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry, engagement rings, watches, and gifts
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Educate customers on diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, warranties, and financing options
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and showcase presentation
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
- Represent the Fali Jewelers brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (jewelry experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and commissions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
