ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking two skilled Technical Project Managers (Information Delivery) to support Information Delivery initiatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently—on time and within scope—while providing strong technical team oversight. This role demands a high level of organization, leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and day-to-day activities of technical team members.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum meetings, manage the requirements backlog, and ensure technical resources are aligned with project priorities.
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and control systems to monitor progress.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans for technical challenges.
- Supervise the rollout and ongoing support of processes, procedures, and updates to existing products.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT)
– or –
8 years of equivalent IT project management experience - 5+ years of technical experience in data presentation software and understanding of quantitative information visualization
- 5+ years of experience in effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential
- Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship required
Preferred (not required)
- Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
