Job Description Smith Personnel is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. Duties
- * Must be a able to work in non climate control facility
- * Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
- * Will be sorting to heat treated parts and putting them in the proper bens to go into either powder coating or inspection.
- * Work scheduled : 4 days on 3 days off .. Must be able to work every other weekend including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- * 1st shift: 11:30am-11:30pm
- * Clean background
- * Must wear steel toe boots
- Pay: $18.00
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
