Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of defective parts or components.
• Install and commission new production equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies
