Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to support a large luxury resort operation in New Hampshire. This role oversees preventative maintenance, mechanical systems, commercial equipment, and daily engineering operations across a dynamic, guest-focused property. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC and facilities maintenance experience within hospitality, resort, or large commercial environments.

Engineering Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hotel, resort, or commercial building maintenance experience
- Previous engineering leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment required
- Commercial refrigeration experience strongly preferred
- Universal HVAC License required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Strong preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience responding to emergency maintenance situations
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in mechanical spaces
Engineering Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience within luxury hotels, resorts, ski resorts, or large destination properties
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, kitchen systems, and general building operations
- Hands-on leadership style with strong accountability and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working alongside contractors and outside vendors
- Strong understanding of OSHA and safety compliance standards
- Guest-service mindset with strong internal communication skills
- Stable career progression and long-term tenure preferred
