We are a boutique real estate firm in the heart of Cornelius, who is looking to bring on a buyer agent. Unlimited earning potential, make your own schedule and be your own boss. Full training and mentorship available. If you are an experienced agent looking for a change or recently starting your career, this may be for you. The company is being built to support our agents with inside sales agents and a strong back office. This way you can focus on what you do best, selling homes. No desk fees or additional charges.

Leads supplied by firm - we are currently overloaded with buyer leads

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base

Qualifications

• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90,609.00 - $103,733.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
