POSITION SUMMARY:
The soccer admin position involves IPYSL/(Other Leagues) gameday operations and IP tournament/Showcase gameday operations, management of schedule, and providing a positive experience by assisting with the operations team to ensure all teams and parents have a positive experience. Key duties include creation & management of league/tournament schedule, managing gameday operations, troubleshooting, maintaining cleanliness, and processing payments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Greet teams warmly and enthusiastically, checking them in for their games.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the facility and present/future competitions/events
- Handle guest concerns or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Keep service and field areas clean.
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting and ensure a smooth operation.
- Operations and maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment.
- Manage schedules and record scores.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and all company policies.
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST be 21 or older
- Customer service and communication skills are essential.
- A friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical aptitude is beneficial.
- Knowledge of soccer is required.
- Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
