The Opportunity
We’re looking for an IT Service Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working with a variety of technologies. If you’re hands-on, curious, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!
Pay & Schedule
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Office 365, software applications, IP phones, and video conferencing tools
- Install and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and assist with Windows server support
- Respond to help desk requests via phone, in person, and ticketing system
- Create and manage user accounts and access
- Train employees on hardware, software, and basic IT processes
- Prioritize and triage support tickets
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with special projects
What You Bring
- Vocational, Technical, or Associate degree preferred
- A+ and/or Microsoft certification a plus
- Comfortable working with PCs, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
