Major's RV Service Center in Bourne MA is looking to grow our RC Technician crew. Major's has been around for over 51 years and is the leading RV Service center around. We pride ourselves on our service of the customer, and provide top quality repairs and Maintenance. Our customers are family, our team is family.

As an RV Service Technician you will work on RV appliances, awnings, hydraulic leveling systems, satellite systems, plumbing & electrical, battery inverters, slide out room systems, wheel bearings, roofs and sealing them. Lots of Diagnosis, and when that's done, some more diagnosis. No 2 days are alike, no one is fully trained for this job, but we do offer training and more training. All you need is the mechanical skills, the attitude and the drive to succeed.
This is not the job for lazy people. Problems are complex. You will be expected to understand systems you have never seen before and perform repairs that other people give up on. You will be expected to be dependable and on time. Your attitude will be upbeat, happy, friendly and polite. You must have your own tools (and not the plastic ones your Dad gave you when you were 5) You must get along and cooperate with the exist Awesome team we have.
Are you the kind of person that took apart your Mom's toaster and rebuilt it into a go cart? Do all your friends call you to fix their stuff? Do you do all your own maintenance? and your car/truck still runs. Did you program you TV remote to work all your devices? including your neighbors garage door?

Major's RV is New England's premiere RV repair facility and is always looking for talented dependable long term employees to add to our Fantastic team of dedicated staff. Our work week is Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5:30pm with Sundays and Mondays off, So the beach is less crowded and the Doctors offices are open.
