Join National Carriers' 'Elite Fleet' on our Dedicated Southwest Regional route. We are seeking safe CDL-A drivers to haul dedicated refrigerated freight. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight (50% drop & hook), consistent miles, and a company culture where drivers stay—5% of our Elite Fleet retired with us in 2025!
Truck Driver Compensation:

Average weekly gross of $1,500, with an annual W-2 averaging $70,000

Top performers in this fleet are earning $1,750+ weekly!

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Competitve pay $.60 CPM for experienced drivers and $.54 CPM for recent graduates

Paid for all Miles

Maximize your earnings with performance pay up to $.04 CPM, accessorial pay up to $.03 CPM, quarterly fuel bonuses, stop pay, layover pay, and automatic detention pay
NCI Trucker Equipment:

Drive in comfort in late-model, permanently assigned Kenworth T680s

Fully kitted and equipped with 2500-watt inverters, APUs, and refrigerators

You can even take your truck home

Southwest Regional running area: South of I-80, East of I-25, and West of the Mississippi River. Average 2,300–2,700 miles weekly

Trucks are equipped with EZ-Pass, Pre-Pass, and Com-Data Fuel Cards
