Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking an experienced Legal Coordinator. The Legal Coordinator provides essential administrative and paralegal support to EmpiRx Health’s Legal and Contracting department. This role supports contract lifecycle management, legal research, compliance coordination, and documentation while ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
What You'll Do:
- Prepares, reviews, and organizes legal correspondence, contracts, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Conducts legal research and tracks federal/state regulatory changes affecting PBM operations.
- Coordinates internal/external meetings and responds to inquiries from other departments, regulators, and counsel
- Manages legal intake processes, maintains comprehensive filing systems, and supports contract lifecycle platforms
- Identifies legal risk points and escalates appropriately; tracks open matters and deadlines accurately.
What You Need:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-5 years experience in a corporate legal department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce. Strong organizational, research, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred Requirements:
- PBM or healthcare experience
- Paralegal certification
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle systems. Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management legal processes.
