Location: Must be able to travel to multiple store locations


Please note, this position requires you to travel to various locations in New Jersey + work in store operations as a cashier/barista.

Position Description

Reporting to the Engineering Manager and above, this role will look after our Toronto locations with regards to all Repair & Maintenance, and some I.T aspect of the business. They will float in the different locations for Store repairs and IT support to ensure all necessary equipment is functioning well and up to standards of the company. This position requires you to work 5-6 days at a local Real Fruit Bubble Tea location on a weekly basis. We are looking for an individual who is Willing to Learn.


Expectations of Successful Candidate

  • Academic background in engineering/electronics preferred
  • No work experience required
  • Must drive/be able to travel to multiple locations
  • Soon to be graduates/New graduates welcome!


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in all repair and maintenance aspect of the business.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good functionality.
  • Repairs and maintain all machineries in all the stores such as but not limited to blenders, tea/espresso machines, store fixtures, ice machines, etc.
  • Perform inspections at stores to ensure safety and efficiency for staff and customers.
  • Coordinate with service contractors on major repairs on store equipment.
  • Serve as the Repair/maintenance and I.T. liaison with RFBT administration to understand and interpret I.T. concerns and to collaborate across lines in meeting those needs.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with internal software or hardware used by the company.
  • Handle technical support requests from team members.
  • Will be required to travel to store locations.
  • Will be required to work 6 days per week.
  • Perform work in store as required.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.


**No experience is required; On-the-Job training will be provided**


Job Type: Full-Time


Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
