Job DescriptionPeopleShare is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Job Details for Maintenance Mechanic: Pay Rate: $58240 - $66560 yearHours: Sunday to Thursday “or” Tuesday to Saturday2nd Shift 3pm-1130pm 3rd Shift 10:30pm-7am Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Mechanic:
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Support high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine controls.
- Perform building maintenance and other projects assigned.
- Must maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports.
- Understanding Electrical components
- Troubleshot 120V, 24V, 480V
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems.
- Must be able to use independent judgment.
- Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
- Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance
- Knowledge of high-speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, and basic I/O
- Knowledge in PLC experience is a plus.
