The Janitorial/Grounds-keeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the clubhouse, gym, pool area, and surrounding grounds. This role ensures that all community facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize the clubhouse, bathrooms, and gym daily.

  • Clean mirrors and wipe down gym equipment after use.

  • Reset pool chairs to their original arrangement each morning and open umbrellas.

  • Empty all garbage pails throughout the property and bring out garbage for scheduled pickup.

  • Clean and replace doggy waste station bags, ensuring the area remains sanitary.

  • Pick up garbage, palm fronds, and other debris around the property and landscaped areas.

  • Clean exterior windows of the clubhouse and other designated areas.

  • Operate a gas blower to maintain cleanliness of clubhouse parking areas and walkways.

  • Clean light fixtures using tools provided to ensure proper illumination and appearance.




Compensation: Up to $20 DOE

Part-Time Mon-Fri 7am-11am or 8am-12pm
