Duration: 12 months +


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the UX/UI execution for the partner marketing website, focusing on custom design solutions outside of templated content
  • Create human-centered designs that reflect customer journeys, usability insights, business requirements and brand storytelling
  • Build and maintain a scalable component library in Figma to streamline collaboration and accelerate development workflows
  • Guide enhancements to the site architecture, including navigation updates, promotional modules, and new content hubs
  • Apply inclusive, accessible design best practices across all deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and stakeholders such as:
  • Content strategy/SEO, UX research and optimization, development, growth and product marketing, B2C brand, B2B partner brand, and other XD teams.??
  • Collaborate with program and project managers to develop project plans
  • Optimize internal design workflows and authoring tools (Figma, AEM) to support cross-team efficiency
  • Contribute to process and workflow improvements
  • Help to guide and educate stakeholders, copy and design teammates about UX best practices.?
  • Work fluidly, pivoting as necessary with the needs of the business and evolving state of the partner marketing site.


Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer working on responsive web experiences
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, LLM, AEO, content strategy, and UX writing best practices
  • Previous contributions to a design system or brand pattern library
  • A passion for solving complex UX problems in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • You thrive in ambiguity, grounding your work in research and exploring diverse design solutions
  • You’re fluent in Figma, with the ability to create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI independently
  • You’re confident in facilitating ideation sessions and guiding cross-functional teams toward aligned outcomes
  • You have strong visual and interaction design foundations, with a keen eye for detail
  • You have impeccable organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.??
  • You tailor communication to suit varied audiences—from senior leaders to dev partners
  • You seek feedback proactively and use it to refine your work
  • You’re energized by shaping systems and scaling design for long-term impact
