Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a high-end, active mountain environment? Club One is seeking a Guest Services Concierge to provide personalized service to our members, ensuring seamless ski and locker storage assistance throughout the season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a member-focused, team-oriented setting while being at the heart of the ski lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
  • Provide ski and locker storage services, including check-in/out and equipment handling.
  • Anticipate member needs and offer solutions to enhance their Club One experience.
  • Assist with scheduling, reservations, and general concierge services as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of storage areas.
  • Communicate effectively with members and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold Club One’s service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality.
